Tung Walsh was born and raised in London, he is of Chinese-Irish decent.

Tung assisted Juergen Teller working on books, exhibitions and advertising campaigns, he went on to make his own work, shooting for magazine titles including i-D, POP, Self-service and Vogue.

He currently lives and works in London.
